
From 7 to 9 October 2014, the Imprimerie Nationale Group will be present in Montreal for the Tenth Symposium and Exhibition on Machine Readable Travel Documents (MRTDs), Biometrics and Border Security, travel document security applications and border management systems holded by the ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization).


This year, this global event will address ICAO policy framework:
- MRTD standards and specifications
- identification management best practices
- related border security issue.
In addition, the Symposium will provide an overview of milestones in moving from the early MRTD specifications to a coherent ICAO policy framework on holistic traveller identification management - the ICAO Traveller Identification Programme (ICAO TRIP).
